Shipping policy

We ship free of charge within Germany – fast and without waiting! We ship our COMO camping boxes within 1 week of receipt of payment, and mattresses within 2-4 weeks depending on the season. For international shipping within the EU, we charge a reduced flat rate of €25. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly from us in Winhöring.

For shipping to European countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Norway, we charge a flat rate of €50. Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT on their orders, but rather customs and import duties upon delivery. These amounts are approximately equivalent to the VAT in the respective country.

Returns: Packaging and shipping the COMO are complex due to its dimensions. Therefore, we ask you to keep the packaging material in case of a return and use it in a way that ensures the COMO is returned to us safely. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price.
